To use some of the services available to you on this Site, you will need to register your details with us. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete.

Eligibility to purchase

In order to make purchases through this site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. When ordering items, you will be required to make payment through Paypal.

By providing us with your details, you agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Orders & terms of sale

All orders are subject to acceptance and feasibility.

Wheres Me Jumper offers products on a bespoke basis. Currently, we have no products in stock; each item is created upon request from the customer.

You will be required to complete a form with details of your order, including sizing requirements and any images you would like us to work from.

All items created by Wheres Me Jumper are hand knitted and therefore all images, slogans or emblems will be treated as such. We will go to every effort to create knitted designs that match your requirements however, please be aware that no images will be ‘photographic’ or 100% identical to print/web images.

We endeavour to fulfil all orders, however occasionally we may be unable to fulfil orders due to legal or copyright issues. If this is the case we will contact you to inform you as soon as we can. You will not be required to make payment until your order is confirmed.

Pricing policy

The price of each item is based upon the cost of materials and time taken to produce your item, producing each item is time consuming and therefore labour costs will contribute to a large proportion of the cost of each item.

Prices shown on the Site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. These prices are a guide and the price of your item will be confirmed when your order is approved, along with shipping costs.

Acceptance of your order

When your order has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming details of your item and will be required to make payment in advance via Paypal or cheque. We will commence production once payment has cleared. Once payment has been made your order is final. When your item is complete you will be notified of completion and dispatch.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment or that shipping restrictions apply.


Payment can currently be made by Paypal, cheque or bank transfer.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.


Wheres Me Jumper insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered within the UK. Orders delivered outside of the UK will be electronically scanned by the postal operative delivering it to confirm it has arrived.  Once you have received your item, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Wheres Me Jumper and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 6 weeks. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Wheres Me Jumper are not responsible for any delays caused by mail services or destination customs clearance processes.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched you will be given a unique number so you can track your shipment. European and International customers are able to track parcels via Royal Mail Track & Trace.

Returns and exchanges

Any products you order from Wheres Me Jumper will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and will conform to the description contained in your order confirmation.

Wheres Me Jumper will not offer refunds on bespoke items that meet these criteria.

If a product is defective, Wheres Me Jumper will rectify the situation fairly and to your satisfaction.

Care of your item

All items come with washing instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure you do not damage your item. Wool and wool mix products need to be cared for to ensure they do not shrink or become misshapen through both hand and machine washing methods. Wheres Me Jumper will not accept responsibility to damaged items should you neglect to take due care.


As stated we will reproduce your ideas/images as closely as hand knitting will enable us to. Images/emblems/slogans will not be exact replicas of those that you submit to us.


We have made every effort to match any colours in your design as best we can dependent upon availability of yarn. We will notify you before you make payment if we cannot find a colour match for any part of your item.

Commercial use of information

This site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content, software, products, or services contained within this site. You may not use this site, or any of its content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own site.
